Official Complaint filed against the online retailer for the Dreame warranty not being honoured

My condolences. I gave Dreame a second chance with another Matrix 10 Ultra - the same idiotic behaviour. I now have a roborock Saros 20 and its night and day in terms of intelligence (i think their customer service is as bad though). Return it, move on to someone else.

I returned mine immediately within the 14-day return policy because, in my opinion, Dreame support was too slow. As soon as I received my money back, I reordered a new one. It finally happened. after exactly the month and just a bit over 1000 square meters, it started leaking.

At one month in, that’s 100% warranty territory. Don’t open it, don’t try to “just check something.” Leaking on the Aqua 10 isn’t a settings issue. It’s hardware.
