Sounds very similar to mine…white porcelain tiles nightmare to keep clean but my dreame Matrix 10 does an amazing job…I think other than the base station it’s the same as the X50. I’m about a month in and I’m so chuffed with it.

I think we're looking at a limitation of the current app rather than something you're missing. My condolences. I gave Dreame a second chance with another Matrix 10 Ultra - the same idiotic behaviour. I now have a roborock Saros 20 and its night and day in terms of intelligence (i think their customer service is as bad though). Return it, move on to someone else.
