Dreame have been great with me so far and are grateful for any feedback, but they are clueless to the problems and if they are getting fixed. My condolences. I gave Dreame a second chance with another Matrix 10 Ultra - the same idiotic behaviour. I now have a roborock Saros 20 and its night and day in terms of intelligence (i think their customer service is as bad though). Return it, move on to someone else.

Mova is a brand I would never recommend. For several reasons and I made an article about this. The two Dreame models (a matter of bad luck and bad decision) Aqua10 Roller came out with errors from the beginning that they say have been solved in each new version. I ordered a Matrix 10 Ultra to replace the Mova V50. I hope the Dreame doesn't have the same issue.

These posts don’t fill me with confidence, Dreame have offered me the Matrix 10 as an upgrade on my problematic Aqua 10 roller. Mopping is really important to me as I have a lot of hard floors tiles and wood. Not sure if to try another aquarium 10 or try the matrix 10.

I returned mine immediately within the 14-day return policy because, in my opinion, Dreame support was too slow. As soon as I received my money back, I reordered a new one. So, since November 22nd, I've had my new Matrix 10. I haven't updated it, so it's still on the pre-installed firmware 2445. So
