Yeah XPS never again. I have got one in 2017 XPS 15 battery went bust 3 years later with Dell stopped producing the battery so the only replacement was with Chinese cheap knock offs. Buy a nice Thinkpad, that will last, battery takes 30 minutes to change and plenty of spare parts around.

Dell XPS 14 & 16 is designed to rival MacBook Pro 14” & 16”. putting it against the Air is just weird in the first place and intentionally misleading for the people less familiar with this stuff… not to mention the Air models have significantly smaller battery capabilities than the Pros MacBook Pros

The problem is that even the higher end laptops tend to be terribly made. I have gone through multiple Dell XPS laptops where the screen attachment hinge has delaminated from the body. Same problem across several generations of relatively high end machine because they cheaped out on the construction

Ahh I'm a Dell XPS guy. Nice and quiet.... ....provided you open it up and blow the dust out every six months or so.

I use a dell xps. This guy is correct. Its ridiculous how reviewers can compare this build to a macbook. It's at the very best a tier lower

The ONLY laptop I’ve ever owned that was/is comparable to my MacBook Pro is the Dell XPS, but even that still felt ‘off’
