Yeah XPS never again. I have got one in 2017 XPS 15 battery went bust 3 years later with Dell stopped producing the battery so the only replacement was with Chinese cheap knock offs. Buy a nice Thinkpad, that will last, battery takes 30 minutes to change and plenty of spare parts around.

Which company has lost you as a customer forever?
My Dell XPS 15 had a touchpad issue where it would get stuck depressed. They sent a tech to fix it. Tech broke the motherboard in the process. This was right before I had to leave the country. They couldn't send out a motherboard so I had to send in my laptop. Things kept getting worse from there. W
