Got brand new Dell XPS 14 9440 paired with brand new Dell U2725QE and got the same charging warning. Also getting some Windows errors “the last connected USB device caused a problem”. Quite annoyed tbh.

Sadly, EXACT same behaviour on Dell XPS 14 9440 :( And microphone issue seems to be correct, as a Whatsapp voice call also causes this.

Same machine Dell XPS 14 9440 and same issue with the random BSODs. I got the old xps 14 (9440) and using multiple widescreen monitors (49 and 34 inch) without issues. They are connected through my dell dock. Never had fan or heating issues in the years I use it now
