I have a 40” ultrawide dell u4025qw and it’s fantastic. You can easily have 2-3 excel windows open. I don’t think I’ve ever actually needed to have 1 excel window maximized. The monitor can also create multiple virtual monitors (so your computer sees your ultrawide as 2x monitors instead.

Yep, same. I went through a few 49" ultrawides, then landed on a 38" Alienware. The extra vertical space made a huge difference. Now I'm on a Dell u4025qw ( 40" 5k2k) and it's pretty much the perfect monitor for me. I can't believe how much I love working on this thing.

Pretty sure what you want does not exist, you'd have to go for VA or OLED. Unfortunately there are only very few 5120x2160 monitors (5k2k) in general.
