Multi-display Mac Studio M3 Ultra for FCP 11, AE, FPL research & gaming

I recently upgraded to a Mac Studio M3 Ultra (binned) / 2 TB, and here’s the multi-display setup that has been working really well for editing and research:

Displays • ASUS ProArt OLED PA32UCDM — 32", 4K 240 Hz. Main grading/playback display. • 2× Dell S2725QS — 27", vertical 120 Hz. Timelines, sco

OLED/MINILED/IPS - what is the happy medium in 2026?

4K IPS 100% • Dell S2725QS (Most recommended option + a ton of reviews) $280 • Dell S2725QC (Updated version ) $330 • Asus ProArt PA279CRV (Professional graded monitor + 3 yr warranty) $350 If accuracy & longevity is the ultimate goal. Definitely one of these. If you want to do slight gaming as well

What gaming monitor to buy at any budget (1080p, 1440p, 4K) - THE GUIDE

Good list, but the S2719QS is way outdated, Dell now sells the S2725QS for $299 and it’s 4K, 120Hz, and an early IPS Black (so high contrast). It’s not amazing for gaming, but it is a great deal, and it is certainly the best cheap 4K monitor on the market. I would also completely take out the LG opt

Looking to buy a monitor to connect with my series X

Something like this would work. https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/MLpD4D/dell-s2725qs-270-3840-x-2160-120-hz-monitor-s2725qs 27 inch, 4k, 120hz. All you need for a series x. You don’t need 180hz like the other person suggested

Monitor for ps5 for shooters only

Check out the Dell S2725QS or the Dell S2725QC. 4k, HDMI 2.1, 120Hz refresh rate, so takes full advantage of the PS5. Plus it's a work monitor so your company will really believe it's for work 😉

Does anyone own the Dell S2725QS?

https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/dell/s2725qs Don't own it but there's a review there of it you haven't seen one yet. Looks fine for work, just wouldn't tell someone to buy it for gaming as despite being 120Hz, has a lot of ghosting/slow response times. Not something that will be an issue for

Best Monitor (For non-gaming)

What size do you prefer? 27? 32? bigger? I'd look at 4k IPS at whatever size you prefer is coding/work is your main focus. https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/dell-27-plus-4k-monitor-s2725qs/apd/210-brnd/monitors-monitor-accessories That's pretty cheap for a good 4k 120Hz office monitor. It sucks for ga
