Bought a Pro. Throw out your TV recommendations!
I have a Dell S3225QC 32" OLED monitor for my Pro. Price was $800 Canadian but Costco in the U.S. sells it for around US$500. It's the perfect monitor for the Pro: OLED, 120 Hz, VRR, and speakers with spatial sound function.

It supports 4k which is the max resolution of the PS5, and 120hz which is the max framerate.It's also OLED, so has a very high contrast ratio. Lastly it has HDMI 2.1 which is required for Variable Refreshrate
