Testing K1 in 2026
In some ways my K1C works better than my K2 Plus. I got it refurb on Creality Ebay and it was 100% worth the price.

Introducing H2S – Your Ultimate Single-Nozzle Printer!
The $1249 for just the printer looks like it's a jab at Creality and their K2 Plus printer. I definitely wasn't expecting it to be that low.

Wanna invest in a 3d printer but know nothing
I hate to say this but unless you want to learn how to work on a 3d printer then you'll need to get one user friendly enough to just jump right into printing. Which is fine btw, I hate working on mine when I would rather them just print. I would recommend at least a Bambu H2S as it's pretty much rea

Dreadnought class! Sadly it took two AMT model kits to make a Dreadnought class ship. Also a lot of putty and glue. I read the book back in the day and always wanted one. It’s apparently Beta Cannon-ish.
I mean, they can always be scaled and printed in pieces like a regular model kit. As for the printer, I’d recommend the Creality K1 Max or K2 Plus if you want to print larger objects in one shot. Otherwise the Bambu P1S or P2S will do a great job (P2S combo is great for multi-color prints)

Is 3D printing expensive ?
Hey, new cosplayer here too. Everyone's budget is different but if you are thinking of cosplay, a 3d printer is a must. Don't go ultra cheap and consider the size before buying. These days I would recommend: Bambu P2S (or P1S if initial budget is a concern) I don't like Bambulab as a company, but th

Got a printer for cheap from a garage sale, any advice to start using it? It powers on at least
I've bought 6 different 3d printers in the last 18 months with the Creality K2 plus being the absolute worst and expensive for what it was (thankfully I sold it). My elegoo cc1 was a better all around printer than that hunk of junk.

Seeking advice: Budget Enclosed CoreXY vs. Modding SV06 Plus vs. High-end K2 Plus
K2 Plus is horrible and it doesn't seem like you need the large bed or multicolor system. For your use case go high quality with a smaller bed and your premiums to look at are the Bambu X2D, heated chamber, reliable, appliance like, second nozzle can be for support material and could always add an A

I absolutely HATE my Creality K1 Max.
I can see why you have frustrations. Both my K1M’s had 2k+ print hours before I started modding them. Tuning took a while on them before modding, but once dialed in - print results were great. Modding is a black hole that I may never climb out of - I’ve tried 6-7 different hotends, BCJ linear rail s
