Do you still consider prusa printers to be competitive in today's market

Everyone saying the sky is falling here is wrong. Prusa isn’t failing, and Bambu definitely isn’t. You have companies like Qidi shipping units that are literally broken, having customers as beta testers. Creality has an insane amount of printers that are all basically the same thing before support i

Testing K1 in 2026

In some ways my K1C works better than my K2 Plus. I got it refurb on Creality Ebay and it was 100% worth the price.

Introducing H2S – Your Ultimate Single-Nozzle Printer!

The $1249 for just the printer looks like it's a jab at Creality and their K2 Plus printer. I definitely wasn't expecting it to be that low.

It’s been real, and it’s been fun…

I've been comparing the P2 (Bambu) and the K2 (creality) series and noticing they're about the same speed for printing. There's a reason I call my K2 Plus "Spaceballs 2" XD It is absolutely absurd how fast these guys go, a print that used to take me all day on my Ender V3 SE, takes me only a few hou

Newbie Here ... friend selling his son's CR-10 for less than $100 .. worth it or should I skip to a newer printer?

I don't think anyone can answer this one for you. You need to ask yourself why you want to start printing. There are pros and cons to consider. Putting a CR-10 against any of these is like Putting a 1995 Honda Civic against a 2025 Tesla. I learned printing on ender 3s and cr10s.. Compared to the new

How does this even happen?

If you accidentally place the loose end under an existing winding when unpacking, this will usually not be noticed immediately, but only after a certain amount of time, as can be seen here, because the outer windings are slightly looser than the inner ones and can react to the tangle for a while unt

Can I turn off the cutesy messages?

Oh good. That way you can walk up to a Creality K2 Plus and it'll greet you with failed prints instead.

Wanna invest in a 3d printer but know nothing

I hate to say this but unless you want to learn how to work on a 3d printer then you'll need to get one user friendly enough to just jump right into printing. Which is fine btw, I hate working on mine when I would rather them just print. I would recommend at least a Bambu H2S as it's pretty much rea

My first CNC project turned out pretty cool.

Any advice on speeding things up? Get a more rigid machine. Or select a better cutter. Or tune your toolpaths. CNC differs from 3D printing in that 3D printing is "IT forward" (a peripheral for a computer) where CNC machining is automating machines that were previously operated by hand - so it is "s
