Ask this on a Bambu sub and you are gonna get completely different answers. I think creality ain’t a terrible first printer because there is always something wrong and something that needs fixin. I have some suggestions - First check the PTFE tube at the back of the printer where it comes from the filament run out sensor to the chain carrier. Two of my K1C printers had the PTFE tube pinched in that area causing the filament to pull very hard. Simple test, remove the filament from the extrude
