Levoit will still clean your air. They even publish PM2.5 CADRs for most of their models. While the Levoit Vital series and EverestAir perform very well, they may not have the build quality of the more premium Coway units. Is it better to slightly oversize units so they’re effective on medium/quiet

Loud Air Purifier Recommendations
Well it depends what setting is she running it on, how far away is it, how is it angled ? Etc. As I have a box fan next to a Levoit 300 I am looking at now. Apparently box fans can be 45-65+ decibels depending on low/medium/high The Levoit 300 got 64 decibels in a comparison test in the video below.
