You can't go wrong. I just bought 3 replacement filters from them. 2 for my Winix 5500-2 and my Coway Airmega 350. They fit like a glove and work great.

I would go with the Winix C909 from Costco Canada. Top Smoke CADR is 323 CFM. Likely not a problem in a nail salon, but... the C909 has PlasmaWave, an optional bipolar ionizer. Loud Air Purifier Recommendations
Well it depends what setting is she running it on, how far away is it, how is it angled ? Etc. As I have a box fan next to a Levoit 300 I am looking at now. Apparently box fans can be 45-65+ decibels depending on low/medium/high The Levoit 300 got 64 decibels in a comparison test in the video below.
