What’s the best travel backpack you’ve actually used and loved?
Looking at the Cotopaxi Allpa 50L looks great but expensive at €260+ for a bag! I do like the removable top part that turns into a day bag thus allowing the bottom part to be carried onto a flight as hand luggage. Anyone any experience with this model?

No, it's only useful in my opinion if you need to backpack it for a short time. The smallest size is carry on compliant but the weight alone eats into your allowed kg.
