Grinder recommendation (front runner Baratza Encore ESP) [$400]
I have two grinders: a Eureka Single Dose, and a Comandante C40 MK4 (with red clix). I very much prefer to Comandante, in my personal opinion is not possible to beat it at a reasonable price point. Of course it is a hand grinder, it is hard work, and it is slow.

I love my hand grinder if I’m honest, I use my Comandante C40 MK4 nearly every day for filter coffee, I really don’t mind the process of it, doesn’t take much time to grind 40.5g which is my normal dose for my morning pot on my Moccamaster. I also own a Niche Zero, I have owned it for about 4 years
