Which Hand Grinder do I Get??
I’ll take my Comandante C40 Mk4 to my grave. It’s built like a tank and gives me delicious coffee every day. Best purchase I’ve made so far. Have used it extensively across v60, French Press, Kalita and Clever Dripper. Trades a little bit of clarity, but I really like the extra body it gives me.

Lightweight travel grinder [$300]
Yeah I was doing a bit of Gemini-ing for my own curiousity. Respectfully, I still don't really think the constraints here make sense (eg if you're going an extended period, then coffee bean weight itself gets pretty substantial). If I had to do something within the confines, here's some LLM-generate

Upgrading from Fellow Opus for Flair Pro 2 – DF64 Gen 2 or 1Zpresso J-Ultra?
I have a Comandante C40 MK3 which was the best option in the spring of 2021. (The catch jar fits perfectly in the funnel included with the Flair Pro 2) I've never had the urge to purchase a different hand grinder. J-Ultra, Kinu M47, C40 MK4 all have comparable prices where I am and I'd be surprised

Taking a trip to Hawaii, looking into a manual grinder to bring with my AP.
Timemore nano3 fits in-the plunger with handle removed, 15-17gr max though, otherwise Comandante C40 mk4 but a bit overkill and does mot fit in the plunger, have both and super satisfying

Varia vs4 grind settings
I just wasted half a bag of beans dialing the VS4 in. According to the grind size chart in the manual espresso range is between 2 and 5. I'm all the way at 8.Coming from a C40 Mk4 and was at 17 (8-9) clicks with red clix with the same bean. That's in the lower end on the comandantes grind size chart

Need your advice. Which grinder would you choose? [No budget]
I have a Go and I am very happy with it. I have a Eureka Mignon Single Dose (not pro), and it gets no use at all. It really disappointed me. Currently use the Go paired with a Comandante C40 MK4 (manual grinder). I am happy with the shots I get with the Comandante.

Grinder recommendation (front runner Baratza Encore ESP) [$400]
I have two grinders: a Eureka Single Dose, and a Comandante C40 MK4 (with red clix). I very much prefer to Comandante, in my personal opinion is not possible to beat it at a reasonable price point. Of course it is a hand grinder, it is hard work, and it is slow.

Which Hand Grinder(s) Would You Recommend as my First Hand Grinder?
Big fan of my Comandante C40 MK4 Nitro, which was my first hand grinder, i spoke to a bunch of friends who slowly upgraded to it. Who all said its worth buying something amazing once rather than not being happy and upgrading.

Profitec Go or Bambino Plus (or...)? [$1000]
Not when I go for a manual grinder like the J-Ultra or Comandante C40 MK4 (both €200).

I was a bit worried about whether the green color would fit into our kitchen, but I think it’s safe to say I nailed it!
Fits right in. Love the whole colour palette. Could you please list the accessories you have that are part of your setup? Currently looking for ideas to complement the white one I’m getting as a birthday present from the family! I got a comandante c40 mk4 so far.
