No need to provide a link. Rings that use the SmartHealth app are inferior to "Colmi" rings which use the QRing app. The SmartHealth app is among the worst on the market. There are a few below it, app-wise, but best avoided. SmartHealth has some weird permissions and behavior on Android for me as we

Instead it has become a learning tool to see what it can show me over even my smartwatch. So i do recommend it as a cheap way to g

If you pay €50 for a Colmi branded ring, you are paying ~€30-40 too much...less shipping costs anyway. All models are available on Temu and Ali and are identical to those with the Colmi name on them. Just search for the model number and visually match the photo.

I mean, there are cheaper rings out there. J-style rings, colmi ring, clone rings of j-style, whatever. They are cheaper - but quality of sensors seems to be poorer on them, and support quite often is non-existent.

Thanks! Was just on Amazon and saw the COLMI R02 and seemed legit. Qring app seems to write to Apple health easily enough.

Yep I already got a few of these Colmi rings (by a few I mean too many XD) I tried a few things with them, first I tried decompiling the firmware that ATC1441 extracted (see this interesting GH repo here: link) with ghidra to play around with the stock settings (accel range, advertising interval) bu
