Help! Website needs review. Spent $150 on ads and no add to carts.
For me product itself looks too good to be true, because of cheap low price (other more established brand smart rings are selling for $ 160 +) Also wont help that by quick google search regarding smart rings found same ring with different brand and same images - https://www.colmi.info/products/colmi

Would anyone be interested in an open-source smart ring platform?
Yep I already got a few of these Colmi rings (by a few I mean too many XD) I tried a few things with them, first I tried decompiling the firmware that ATC1441 extracted (see this interesting GH repo here: link) with ghidra to play around with the stock settings (accel range, advertising interval) bu

Is this a ring a scam?
This looks like a Colmi ring that can be found for cheap on AliExpress. So yes, scam. Can be bought for $20

Aurora ring does not accurately measure bp
it's a scam. The ring is a cheap colmi variant, the measurement of bp is a false claim for most of the rings in general, but for that one especially. There are very, very few rings with cuffless bp measurements and no colmi ring is among them.

Why are smart rings (like Oura, Ultrahuman, Ringconn) so expensive? Could we make an open-source one for under $100?
I mean, there are cheaper rings out there. J-style rings, colmi ring, clone rings of j-style, whatever. They are cheaper - but quality of sensors seems to be poorer on them, and support quite often is non-existent.

Main differences between Colmi R06 and R11?
None of the Colmi rings are accurate with regularity, but even a broken clock is right twice a day. The sensors that go into the Colmi rings (and other clones) are so outdated that they no longer have any real commercial value...which is why the rings are so cheap. The high DOA rate and short life o

Sheep in Wolves' Clothing? The List of Clones Masquerading as Legitimate Smart Rings MegaThread
As with all of the rest of the rings on this list, the Haale and Haale II are "white label" rings that have been licensed from China...in other words, a "clone." Clones are not copies, they are the same, identical devices. The specific device may vary with the examples above, but I will specify here
