Is it possible to choose the perfect camera?

So today I have been struggling to think about something else than what camera should I buy. Because I came to a point of complete confusion about the issue. I have a camera and it is a Canon EOS RP, it has been a good friend for almost 3 years and I have taken it on many trips. However, time passed

Hummingbird in flight captured with an Olympus E-M1 MK II and Leica 100-400mm in burst mode (low) with continuous auto focus (3x3). I tried this type of shot with Canon EOS RP but the servo AF is just not fast enough.

Wie Selbstporträt in Fokus setzen?

Hey liebe Community!

An vielen Orte

What am I going to do with my Canon EOS RP?

Actually, I like my Canon EOS RP. Here is one shot I took. It is comparatively a small full frame.

The problem is that it is still big. I normally like to take photos in my daily life but this kind of a camera is hard to carry all the time so I can just take when I go for a trip or something but

Is a Canon 6D Mark 2 worth it in 2025?

It’s good to have a full frame so you can build your lens collection. Bodies will change but lenses really last. I would highly recommend an original EOS-R over the 6d mark ii. Starts around £670 on UK eBay, and far more capable, beautiful 30mp sensor and mirrorless. You can probably get it even che

Please help me out?

So I currently have a canon eos RP i do love the image quality but im done with its inconsistent and slow auto focus, its eating battery’s and the poor video recording options. And i do almost 50/50 foto/video maybe just a little bit more photo in the end.

Would the R50V be a good replacement (not

What Camera Should I Buy?

Why full frame? lenses may end up costing more, and the RP is rather meh vs some newer cameras, especially re things like autofocus. That can matter quite a bit if the cars are in motion. And not all Sonys have the star eater problem. Eg a comparison of RP vs R50: https://www.rtings.com/camera/tools

Favourite Nikon gear site

All of his "World's Best" categories from years ago was Nikon in the DSLR era -- mostly because the sensors were just an entirely different level vs. what Canon was using. I think he was still recommending Nikon through Canon's first iteration of mirrorless (EOS R / RP), but not really Nikon's mirro

All my gear stolen - advice needed on replacement body and lens?

While there are options like the EOS R or RP on Canon, Canon glass is the most expensive right now, especially if you want something that is good enough that you won't wanna upgrade later. You can ofc. adapt EF to RF, but you can also adapt RF to E and L mounts. With your needs, esp. no autofocus, y
