I'd push back and quote this from their website "Our 'Simple as that' guarantee will cover the repair of all functional aspects of your Briggs & Riley bag for life." The zipper is certainly a functional aspect Edit: Check out this comment, seems they had a zipper repaired? https://www.reddit.com/r/B

Next time you walk through an airport, take note of now many pilots and flight attendants have bags from Briggs and Riley. It’s a lot. These people fly more than anyone else and if they didn’t hold up, they wouldn’t be buying them.

Is there a reason you’re not considering Briggs and Riley? It’s one of the top recommended ones, though it is a bit less flashy on branding. I’ve been happy with mine. To my knowledge they have one of the best warranties and have more service centers (at least for me) than Rimowa or others.

Briggs & Riley. Even if a baggage handler destroys it, B&R will repair or replace it. Lifetime warranty that includes outside influence/damage. The warranty is on the bag, so even used ones from eBay or other places will have the same warranty.

professional? yes. feminine? maybe not. Tumi, MZ Wallace, and Briggs & Riley all have good backpack options. I wear my Briggs and Riley to court and depositions all the time.

To be clear, I currently get club access for mysel

It’s not the cheapest but Briggs & Riley truly is a workhorse. Seven years, hundreds of flights, zero issues. Smooth roller even now. No complaints and if it breaks in a decade I get a new one. You really get what you pay for, and I’ve gotten more than what I paid for it. My spouse has an Away. It’s

I travel a lot! For your budget I recommend AirTags! I keep them in my backpack, carry-on, luggage, wallet, keys etc. knowing where your stuff is when you travel is absolutely critical. Did my bag make the layover, where is my bag when picking up, did I forget my wallet or keys. Etc etc. Other optio
