Precision Brewer

You could go Breville precision brewer but it's not going to have the level of customization that the Aiden has. For what it's worth, I gave mine away and bought an Aiden. I’m kind of in the same boat as you, or slightly ahead. I recently ended up buying and returning the Breville Precision brewer. I am the only coffee drinker in my house and often make one cup of coffee. No matter what I set the temp too, the precision came out with lukewarm, under extracted coffee.
