Are you willing to look at used? If so the Sage/Breville Precision Brewer with a thermal carafe is a good bet!

I have been using a breville/Sage precision brewer for about 4 years now. To me its the best there is in that price range. Thermal carafe. Ill be buying them as long as they make them.

Best bang for the buck by far is the Braun MultiServe Plus on sale at Target for $129.99. I agree with all of that except I prefer an uninsulated glass carafe on a hot plate rather than an insulated carafe (heresy, I know). Luckily for me Breville offers a variant of their Precision Brewer with that one difference, so that's what I have.
