Is there any other option other than the Aiden right now?
You could go Breville precision brewer but it's not going to have the level of customization that the Aiden has. For what it's worth, I gave mine away and bought an Aiden. Unless I was brewing a large batch (over 500ml) I had a tough time brewing a decent cup with the precision brewer. Also the Aide

What’s the best coffee maker machine right now that Coffee lovers currently love the MOST?
Had a Sage (Breville) Precision Brewer paired with a Wilfa Uniform for 2 years. It made good coffee and had enough customization to enable you to dial stuff in, but in my experience, the lid design on the carafe is absolutely atrocious and you cannot fully drain it, leading to coffee crust and mold

Best drip coffee makers for home with no bells and whistles?
I've tried Moccamaster one cup, Breville precision brewer and Oxo 8 cup. I always to back to a Hario Switch (or v60). The automatic brewers always channel to some extent and then you spend time doing things to prevent channeling. When you have it all figured out you're not really saving anytime comp

Best coffee maker for everyday use?
Breville precision brewer or the fellow Aiden. Points to the fellow because you can fill it up with water and brew desired amounts while the breville will brew whatever water you add to the tank. Ode 2 grinder is pretty dope also.

Best coffee machine that actually lasts? Tired of cheap machines breaking in 2026.
I’m kind of in the same boat as you, or slightly ahead. I recently ended up buying and returning the Breville Precision brewer. I am the only coffee drinker in my house and often make one cup of coffee. No matter what I set the temp too, the precision came out with lukewarm, under extracted coffee.

Recs for someone who had their heart set on an Aiden
Behmor Brazen replaced my moccamaster and Breville precision brewers. Not the most aesthetic but I liked the ideal of the boiler above the carafe with a flow valve vs pump. You can set temps, elevation, and bloom time.
