Welcome to the club, happens frequently to my Oracle Touch even after switching beans and thorough cleaning. Sent mine back a few times and their service is super but they just clean it and send it back, just for the same thing to occur. IMO a Breville known deficiency in the units.

BEFORE YOU DESCALE THE ORACLE TOUCH Make sure your boiler water sensors are working. Brevtech has a guide on this. If you aren't turned off by Breville, the bambinos are great! It's way cheaper than the Oracle touch, and in Vancouver there's always someone selling one. And the website eightouncecoffee.ca sells grinders, I have a baratza esp from them which works great for espresso and cold brew.

My Oracle Touch just finally encountered a problem I can't fix...(or more accurately, don't want to attempt)... So I'm back in the market. Part of me wants to avoid Breville. Was this thing everything I expected for a $3,000 machine? I was able to increase it's life by probably 2 years. Just not sur
