Can a fully automatic machine actually be good?
If you’re fully committed to the superauto idea: Jura and the new Kitchenaid line are the best in the field at anything close to a reasonable price. They’ll get you maybe 70-80% there—better with darker roasts—with limited flavor separation but good consistency. If you’re willing to move the ground
