Pro vs Touch Impress? Are the extra fancy features even used in long term?

I had the touch, now have the touch impress. As to the impress feature it truly is 0 mess compared to tamping on your own, but it is just what you get used to. I like the impress for no-brainer running the machine and even people who don't know anything about it can run it with a quick watch one bre

Oracle Jet or Barista Touch Impress

The price difference between the Breville Barista Touch Impress and the Breville Oracle Jet is pretty hard to overlook. The Touch Impress usually sells for around $1,500, while the Oracle Jet tends to land in the $2,800–$3,000 range. That’s roughly a $1,300–$1,500 jump, and for most home users the u

I finally pulled the trigger!!

I was dead set on getting a Breville Barista Touch or Touch Impress because I was convinced having everything all in one was the way to go. That might work just fine for a lot of people but I decided on the Bambino Plus and separate grinder instead. Altogether I've spent a fortune 😅. I'm sure any sp

Buying myself a Breville

Any idea on price range, as the Breville range is wide. If you budget stretches to the Beville Barista Touch Impress, I can vouch for it 100%. The touch screen is idiot-proof (press icon and it does something). Push in the coffee extractor till the grinder lights up. Press a button to grind the bean

Between Breville Barista Express, Touch, or Pro Black Friday 2025 deals, which model is worth it

I ended up getting the Touch when comparing the Touch with the Touch Impress, Express, Express Impress, and Pro. here’s my reasoning: Auto milk frothing: This has been really helpful because as a person who has never brewed my own coffee other than k-cups, I could just focus on learning how to dial

Is the Breville Barista Touch Impress Really That Bad?

Nah, I think Breville sells a metric ton of these and reporting bias is primarily what you will see here. These are sold all over the world and by all rights appear to be extremely popular. Some people having troubles on here does not mean you will have any issues at all. Just use very fresh beans,

Barista Touch Impress - No espresso flow

I'm having the same issue. My machine is about two weeks old. I've had a Breville touch before and upgraded to the touch impress. It doesn't matter what the grind size is, I get drops on the first pulled shot. But if I press it again after the first time it comes out. Espresso tastes terrible though

Is the Breville Barista Touch good for someone who wants convenience? [$1000]

Just bought a barista touch impress since it splits the difference between super automatics and manual espresso machines. Undeniably the results it gives are better than any super automatic I’ve tried. Fresh beans (month or less from brew) that aren’t too oily, and running some hot water through the

Barista Touch Impress Update?

Kind of older thread, but I JUST bought a barista touch impress last week with the sole intention of having the cold brew options and I don’t have it. The box even shows it on there but I don’t have any of the options. B1.9 is the firmware but I don’t understand how it can be advertised and not be o
