Shocked

Possible reasons: heated grouphead, lower water debit, declining temp profile. The water debit on my ECP is actually lower than the water debit of the preinfusion on my Barista Express. I would say puck depth. But, the aftermarket baskets for Breville also tend to be pretty deep.

Own a DeLonghi Stilosa, would a Breville Bambino or Gaggia Classic Pro be an upgrade or lateral move?

If you want to improve the quality of your espresso, I think buying a scale or a better grinder will make a much more meaningful difference than either of those machines. "Low End" Machine Hunt [$700]

You're basically look at the Breville series if you want built in grinder. And this will be like a side grade in terms of the espresso maker park, the Dedica is pretty much the same as the Barista Express and whatever else.
