Deinfluence me: Espresso Machine

Lets look at the cons based on my exp with a Breville Barista Express. ● mahal ung mga filter tablets. 1k ata per pack/ 6 pieces. ● aside sa matagal ung final product, you have to clean it every time you use it. Otherwise, may build up, may amoy, and pests can enter. ● the machine has a grinder, per

What’s with the Fellow ES1 Influencer obsession?

As an owner who upgraded to the fellow from a Breville machine (barista express)- I cannot understand how Breville owners harp on the Fellow’s plastic so much. The important components in the fellow (the group head, the port a filter basket) are noticeably solid metal- and also 100% metal, which can

Deinfluence me - Espresso machine

A daily coffee will pay for a Breville Barista Express in about 6 months. You’ll need to learn about how to make espresso based drinks such as dialling in the grinder and steaming milk. Risks include buying expensive beans and more coffee equipment.

Boat life espresso? [$1,000]

Moka pot is where it’s at for a liveaboard situation. I live on a boat part time and also have a french press (for cold brew mostly) and Nespresso (horror of horrors, apologies to this sub). The moka is the one I use most. Also it was ~$30, is compact, I can still use my fancy beans, and not need a

Need a espresso machine recommendation for a no hassle setup. Budget:[$5000]

Ppl act like just because he said dark roast, you can run any type of Walmart machine and it'll come out fine. He already mentioned he didn't like the inconsistency with his Breville Barista Express. The Bambino is a great machine, but it has its limits and you will get better consistency with other

Buying Advice Needed [$360]

I'm guessing you're in the states? If you're scouting for these types of clearance deals, I'd check around TjMaxx, Marshalls, and Home goods. You might be able to score a Breville bambino, bambino plus, barista express, barista pro, or even one of the touch/oracles but those are significantly more.

Barista Express/ Impress or La Specialista Opera? [500-620 USD]

I have no idea about wattage converting or warranty claims in south east Asia but out of these two machines the Breville is higher quality and will make better coffee. That said, as someone with a Breville Barista Express, if I were purchasing an entry level espresso machine again I would get a Brev

I'm in need of a new coffee machine!

I HIGHLY rate the Breville Bambino. It has higher pressure steam than my parents Barista express, produces great coffee once dialed in and takes up significantly less room. You will wanna get a seperate portafilter and tamper because the ones the come with are trash. It’s also pretty light so takes
