Need help picking a PC for my son.
Look into Ryzen Mini PCS with a decent CPU and RAM. A high end GPU isn't really needed for beamNG on low settings (runs fine on my 4800h iGPU), but better is good. The BOSGAME mini pc (https://www.amazon.com/BOSGAME-5700U-Displays-Computers-Emulator/dp/B0DF7B2MPW/) doesn't look bad for 510$. It has

My bro's Easter setup
This is a simple and effective setup for a windows machine and more powerful than the typical pi builds I usually see. Nothing too remarkable I can comment on other than it would be nice to have the mini pc and battery attached to the back of the display. Best wishes your brother has fun with his bo

Looking for recommendations based on my old desktop
Could save a bit if they go for one of the other miniPC brands too, GMKTech and Minisforum both make a 395+ mini PC a touch cheaper, and BosGame as a riskier choice has a really solid deal on a 128GB version right now. Their website is a travesty though and deterred me from ordering.

Emulation PC, trying to do 360 and ps3, Beelink SER5 vs ACEMAGICIAN M1
Basically you're looking for 32GB of RAM with the graphics sharing memory and DDR5 AMD 6000 serious processors or newer with Radeon RDNA graphics for the best overall experience. The 5800H has older DDR4 Vega graphics. The M1 6800H is an older design and at $340 is probably 16GB. The Beelink SER5 68

Is it smarter to use ollama if I have a powerful pc?
You can run gptOSS 120b on 128gb unified Bosgame miniPC for around $2k (96gb usable unified 8000mhz or so ram). Tinkering type of device, sadly nothing compared to frontier yet, but still. It'll kick out a badass website in a few minutes for cost of electricity lol and that MiniPC takes like none by

Choosing My First Mini PC: Is Bosgame as Reliable as Beelink?
Go with BOSGAME. Although I own their P5/P5 Pro version, both have served me well. This is ownership since February of this year. Still have them for backups as I have moved to GMKTec M7 as my main. I personally do not like soldered RAM if I need to upgrade it later.

Is Intel N150 enough for 2d games?
Happy to help and 680M mini pc around $300-400 are a relatively good value and you are right they offer similar or better performance. Around $300 like the SER5 Max 6800H assuming you're okay with 32GB LPDDR5 instead of typical RAM modules. Higher end models like the Bosgame P5 should have modular a
