Are there small screen e-readers that fit in a pocket?

6inch can fit my pockets. But if you are looking for a phone sized wink, can check out Boox Palma. It is an android eink. Battery life is not the same as ereaders though, since it is more of a phone/tablet (not that it matters to you here.) It is android, so you can get those scroller clicky things

Looking for an Android-friendly, open Color e-reader

https://comparisontabl.es/e-readers/ - filter for Android and 7-8’’ and colour, pick whatever sounds best / is within your budget / is available to you. Boox, Bigme, Meebook and ViWoods are the current more mainstream Android-based ereaders but there are others, like inkBook Focus or what not. You c

Last devices with EMR

The EMR devices are compatible with a lot of different stylus. I really like the ‘Staedtler Noris digital jumbo” for example. The new stylus is Boox only. I did try it out for a moment and didn’t like it. But I’d like to have a device of the size of the Page with stylus. So I’m considering to skip the

7inch with side buttons . Why ?

It might “look” better but it’s a lot more unnatural to try and push the buttons if they’re at the bottom. When I read on my Oasis or the Boox Go 7, my thumb rests naturally on the “page forward” button and I don’t need to move it every time I turn the page (which is often). If the buttons were on t

You want to know how many B/W 7-8’’ non Android ereader models, with buttons, have been released since 2023?

I'm not certain about this. I like my Boox Page, but the battery life is so so much worse than my Kobo Libra 2. Feels like I could use the Kobo for weeks at least with regular use, the Boox is dead within one week.

Looking for a cheap e-ink reader that can do whiteboards / mindmaps / full-page handwriting recommendations?

The Kobo Libra Color is not very pleasant to write on. Basically writing on glas, similar to an ipad with a rough display protection. remarkable has limited software capabilities, but you can expand the notebook page which makes it whiteboard style. A second hand remarkable 2 can be found for around

Eink for music reading

Thanks for your kind words. I believe that linking 2 boox devices together is possible at least on the Lumi 2 and the Table (I think...). But you have to use an expensive software... I forgot its name.... They Basically take Boox tablets, layer their own score reading software and then send one page

Is this how the Kobo Libra Color is supposed to look…? It’s difficult to even read these covers, and the last page has odd shadows. (New to ereaders)

Thanks for the insight. I don’t think I’ll keep this kobo, so I’ll look into the boox page and others to replace it.
