Open-backs are in a league of their own I bought the Beyerdynamic DT990s (open) and the Sennheiser HD300s (closed) at the same time when I was first doing the same thing you are (though from the perspective of a producer rather than just a listener)

Honestly for those prices, I’d opt for a decent pair of wired headphones instead. Edition XS, FT1, HD600, DT900 Pro X, etc are all in that price range and need minimal power to run. I’ve had my fair share of Razer products, their audio gear is okay, but there’s a ton of better options for the price.
