Looking for Mini PC NAS recommendations available on reliable Chinese sites (Shipping to Egypt)
Agreed about Beelink and GMKtec, I’ve had good experiences thus far with both. The Beelink ME PRO is an impressive hybrid NAS for the price with N95 and N150 options and the ability to support m.2, 2.5” SATA, and 3.5” HDDs

Thinking of building my own NAS...
Yeah a lot of people recommend against USB. I have a m715q and do wish it had USB 3 at least. Limited drives is definitely a factor for mini PCs like the m700s though they are reliable platforms. If you don’t mind spending a little more, the Beelink ME PRO is a good entry level NAS with multiple dri

Getting started with a home server

Need Advice on a Quiet, Power-Efficient 24/7 Home Server Build
How many HDDs do you have? Because I have a Beelink ME Pro with 2 HDDs in it and it's amazingly quiet. It lives in my bedroom and I never hear the drives. And it uses a NUC N150 so it has a 25W TDP. It also has slots for 3 NVMEs. So if you don't have more than 2 HDDs, you might want to consider retu

Want to build a jellyfin server
USB is generally not recommended. I would go pre-built, and I lean towards more of a DIY approach with truenas, unraid, or other NAS software. With that route I would recommend something like the Beelink ME PRO. It’s well built, has ports for ssd’s and HDDs, and comes with a N95 or N150
