Any e-readers that have completely no wifi connectivity?
The Nook SimpleTouch BNRV300 / BNRV350 technically have Wifi but Barnes & Noble have switched off the servers for old Nooks so it's not able to do anything with that WiFi. They are actually pretty good eReaders as well. Touch and physical buttons, not too big. Easy to swap out the battery if needed.

Nook Update
My first eReader was a Nook Simple Touch and I liked it (I still have a Glowlight 3). But a couple GL3 updates really irritated me. They got rid of hyphenation, then skewed the fonts to the big side (so the size I had always used is gone) and now (I read) they've gotten rid of the one good font they

No, I would not recommend buying a Nook as an ereader. I do have a Nook Simple Touch, which I bought in order to root it and use it as an Android device. For that purpose, it works well enough.
