Well you saved a ton of money so don’t skimp on a good grinder. It all depends how deep in the rabbit hole you want to go. I have this same machine with Baratza Encore ESP and am happy with it. I use the grinder for everything from espresso to pour over. If you can afford a $5-600 grinder, do you. T

Search r/espresso for thousands of similar posts. The cheapest decent set up is probably around $/£/€500 which is a sage/Breville bambino and kingrinder k6 hand grinder or a Baratza encore ESP which is electric. Espresso as a hobby isn’t cheap

used gaggia classic pro is prob the best bang for buck imo. built like a tank, easy to mod later if u get obsessed, and holds resale value. paired with a decent grinder it’ll easily give you real espresso without spending breville dual boiler money. for something simpler, the breville bambino or bam
