Flair 49 or 58 fits the bill and is readily available. I briefly had a Baratza Encore ESP and was less than enthused, might be worth putting a bit more towards the grinder for something that will be more robust.

What are your favorite flat burr grinders that support grind sizes from press and pour over to espresso? I was pretty interested in the Baratza encore esp but I'm not into the idea that the impeller is plastic and can flake off over time.

The baratza encore esp grinder is terribly designed. This burr holder bracket constantly cracks, it retains a ton of grinds, cleaning is a PITA (gaskets are always clogged, dealing with shims, that dumb felt seal).
