I know it's an older thread, but the only thing I can say good about the Autonomous ErgoChair Pro is that it introduced me to Steelcase Leaps. Everything about the Autonomous chair is bad, ok... I guess visually, from across the room, it looks kinda nice.

she just got it but the seat part of it is pretty thin. i would recommend mesh for the budget chairs imo. i have an autonomous ergo chair pro though and i like it better

My ergo chair pro and electric desk both from autonomous have been a disappointment. I also have been in IT for 20 years. I’m constantly experiencing shoulder pain from the positioning the chair and desk positions. The armrests limit the desk height. You have to wonder who tested these products.

I've has similar poor experience with Autonomous. The Ergo Chair 2 I purchased failed at several points and was easily my most regretted purchase of this decade. The warranty is awful too, and they reduced the warranty period to 2-years.
