I just use an ASUS ZenWIFI XT9 set to AP mode instead of mesh, wired. That way I avoided locking into a ecosystem.like Ubiquiti. Also any router with WIFI in ap/bridge mode should work like many others recommended.

malabo wired kung condo, tapos may na sandwich na unit pa. I suggest to invest sa mas ok na brand pang mesh wifi. Go with Asus zenwifi, yung xt8 xt9. pwede din dalawang ax86u pro, yung may antenna. setup as mesh network.
