Just getting a prebuilt from microcenter will be a significantly better deal than paying them $250 to build it for you. PC build for max FPS (Rocket League, etc)
That's pretty decent. I wouldn't bother upgrading it unless/until you find a good deal on something with a lot higher Hz. Those 300hz ones like the two I mentioned or the ktc h27e6 or msi 275qpf x30 or asus xg27acms (probably the nicest of the bunch) would be good options for the esports type of gam
