Just got RT-BE86U and I had to disable the 160Mhz and DFS or it was dropping out many times a day. Probably a local interference problem. Also had to use the _IoT for quite a few devices that didn't really like the wifi7.

Could you improve the situation? I got an RT-BE86U as well and the range and reliability is a joke, my 12 year old previous Asus router is faster, more reliable and has almost double the range.

u/grill2010 I got the new router (Asus RT-BE86U) and tested it. Latency is playable only if I select VAAPI + vulkan renderer and disable vsync, but frame pacing is all over the place in that case. Can I do something about it? Also is it normal to have persistent microstutters, even in vsynced scenar
