He is not making this up, and there is no need to be a reddit jerk. I had the same issue, it is a firmware bug. On Asus PG32UCDP, updating the firmware fixed the behavior. Hopefully a firmware update is also available to the XG32UCWMG.

I've been using my asus oled pg32ucdp for over a year with no burn in. It even has a proximity sensor so if you step away the monitor itself will turn off the panel even if windows wants it on. I work from home and game. I would say I'm on this thing 10 hours a day. I sit at normal distance and text

I bought an OLED (specifically the asus swift pg32ucdp, a WOLED) and I have no regrets, its been a great monitors, fast, sharp beautiful contrast. I had tried a mini LED before (the benq mobiuz ex321ux) and it was a disappointment and was returned and I bought the OLED. The only aspect of OLEDs I di

I recently got the ASUS PG32UCDP, it’s a endgame monitor for me: 31.5" 4K WOLED (with MLA+) support for wide gamut DCI-P3 factory calibrated RGWB subpixel layout, closer to “traditional”, so smooth text, no fringing Matte coating, no glare 240 Hz refresh rate (with 480 in 1080p mode) USB-C port with

Had the exact same issue, with the most recent alienware 32" Qdoled. Supposedly the Best of the Best, that shit burns my eyes like never before. I could stare at a screen 12 hours per day with my old VA 27" screen no issue. 3 months later, I never managed to "get used to it". I will just sell it and

I went from Samsung Odyssey G9 to Asus PG32UCDP 4k . Every time i play games or just do normal work stuff/ browsing im happy that i made the swap. 4k low graphic settings looks better than 2k ultra 😁 . Im not a super competitive gamer ( 130 fps for me is enough)

I’ve got the ASUS ROG Swift PG32UCDP and I’m really happy with it. It fits your budget too. There’s also a QD-OLED version if you’re into bright, punchy colors. WOLED feels more cinematic somehow – I personally prefer it.
