Since updating my laptop to Windows 11 25 H2, I have experienced numerous issues
I have the i9 14900hx with the 4060 asus g18 so very close to yours. I think you need to install a fresh copy of windows. Or use a windows image to repair it at least, if you want to keep your files but I would reinstall from scratch if I was you. Three minutes to open an app with that cpu? No way.

Gaming Laptops that are worth the money?
Bestbuy has treated me surprisingly well with my purchases. You can filter by budget and desired components. I bought a used ROG Strix G18 with a 5080 and Ultra 9 last year and I like it. Ended up buying a desktop too though for maximum resolution and fps.

What fixed the Forza Horizon 3 crashes for me on Windows
On my end, on a Windows 11 laptop, Asus G18 RTX 5070 Ti, it is still working fine. I don't have Nahimic anymore since this laptop doesn't use it.
