Why so many monitors does not have Thunderbolt 4+ port?
The Thunderbolt issue is discussed here. You could however connect two monitors with one using USB-C and the other using DP to USB-C (see here). The 5K ASUS ProArt PA27JCV has a LuxPixel matte coating which looks very similar to Apple’s nano-texture. I felt the LuxPixel affected the whites too much

CPU Upgrade
yeah the difference between 7800x3d -> 9800x3d will be only a few fps, legit not noticeable, an OLED is a super noticable upgrade, plus a 1440p OLED looks better IMO compared to a 4k IPS - and a nice glossy panel will offer 4k-like clarity. I'd do some looking into WOLED vs QD-OLED and what works be

Thoughts on my bedroom setup (feat. MY STUPID WALL CORNER)?
Thanks! It's the Asus ROG Strix XG27AQ 27.0" 2560 x 1440 170 Hz Monitor. The stand is very well built and is made of metal so it's pretty heavy. I love how easy it is to adjust the height and orientation of the screen just by sliding or rotating it.

Looking for help understanding and picking a monitor for my new build
There are lots of good monitor brands you're probably familiar with like Asus, Msi, Gigabyte, AOC, Dell/Alienware, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Samsung, LG, but if you just go on amazon there will be tons of weird ones too. Of the ones you've never heard of KTC and Koorui are usually okay, those are owned by C

Looking for a monitor for animation work.
While for reading, I don’t mind OLED on my iPhone 13 mini and 13.3” 4K laptop, when I tested an ASUS 27” 4K OLED last year, it didn’t seem as comfortable. This may be different for you, but since you mention reducing eye strain, I felt it was important to mention. Some redditors who bought an OLED d

Would you recommend a 1440p Ultrawide or 4K Monitor? Is OLED worth it in the PC space?
The question of 1440p vs 4k mostly comes down to longevity and the types of games you play, 4k will come with a big hit to performance and you'll have to upgrade your system on a quicker time frame than with 1440p, but if you play less intensive games then it's an easier pick. OLED depends mostly on
