[Desktop] Can't install new AMD Chipset Drivers (Error 1603)

onPC windows 2.4.2.2 issue with USB devices.
Thanks for your response! Not sure it’s a 2.4 issue. I have two different laptops and an identical model laptop all running 2.4 and they work great. It’s just this one machine. An Asus ProArt px13. My partners px13 identical year and model, works fine.

Anyone owning The Super V with Panther Lake ? Can't see many reviews on YouTube either !
Have you tested the pen and pen pressure at all for drawing? I want a tablet I can art and edit video on. I had an asus px13 briefly but it was defective and when I returned it they were fully sold out in Canada. this tablet looks like one of the few viable options for small size device.
