I know this is anecdotal and not representative of all of those that have been built but I’m feeling a lot better about my $1,3000 Asus PA32QCV

Thanks for your review. If you don't need HDR or any of those niche features, I'd strongly recommend the ASUS PA32QCV instead. This is exactly what I ended up choosing.

severely underwhelmed, not even talking about 120hz refresh rate Sir, this is r/HiDPI_monitors & not r/pcmasterrace Below are the mainstream 32" 6K displays. All of them are 60Hz. None claim them to be marketed for serious gaming but for people like photographers, content creators, film makers, etc.

Asus Pro Art 32" 6K. http://www.asus.com/displays-desktops/monitors/proart/proart-display-6k-pa32qcv/ Or the new LG 32" 6K but it seems compromised to me? and I read someone say it has a fan in it, also it has a huge external power brick but I guess if it breaks it is easy to replace. But it is nice

I have a collection of LG Ultrafine I’m trying to sell if you’re in the Austin area. I have 2x 27” 5K and 2x 24” 4K. I upgraded to the Asus 32” 6K PA32QCV and I’m really enjoying it. Previously I used a combination of 1x 5K and 1x 4K Ultrafine. The matte finish on the PA32QCV isn’t noticeable to me

I'm hoping for a Mac Studio Display 2.0 -- rumored to be true HDR. Meanwhile I have the Studio display as well and am pleased with it. OP, there are not many options for large (32" or greater) HDR monitors at the moment. That's why Hasselblad literature talks about recent iPads and Macbook Pros that

As a developer I really don't care if my display wakes up a little faster or supports retina burning levels of HDR. I got a 6K ASUS PA32QCV and it's great. Cheaper than the Studio Display too and suits my needs way better. It only takes about 4 seconds to turn on, which only has to happen once per d

Perhaps take a look at the 6k ASUS ProArt PA32QCV? I think it’s a more budget friendly 6k monitor compared to the old PRO display XDR. Similar price to the studio display but it’s 32 inch 6k! It’s matte tho. If you want the best glossy experience and have the budget, two ASD will be the best.

There is an asus pro art 6k at $1300 (PA32QCV) I didn’t watch a review yet, I’m guessing they sacrificed something to sell it at that price, but is worth checking.

I got the ASUS PA32QCV ProArt instead, amazing monitor and still lower price than cheapest Studio Display.
