Quick Question

Wrong. In fact, I do have a new router. Got it in January. I’m experiencing the same exact issues with it than I had with my other router. Previous router, Netgear Orbi RBR 850. New router Asus ROG Rapture GT-BE98 Pro.

Help! ASUS ROG Rapture GT-BE98 Pro dropping iPhone/PS5 - Kernel WLC_SCB_DEAUTHORIZE error (-30)

Yes, this is a confirmed Broadcom WiFi 7 driver bug. You're not crazy, and it's not your configuration. The WLC_SCB_DEAUTHORIZE error (-30) is a known kernel-level memory management failure in the Station Control Block (SCB) that affects WiFi 7 (802.11be) routers with Multi-Link Operation (MLO) . What

Can anyone recommend any routers from Asus? Thoughts on GT-BE98 PRO?

Expensive for the performance offered and has no centralized management interface. Go with Ubiquiti. For example, Asus GT-BE98 PRO is $600. $480 would get you a UGC-Fiber and U7 Pro XG access point. https://store.ui.com/us/en/category/all-cloud-gateways/collections/cloud-gateway-fiber/products/ucg-f

Sub $400 Mesh? TP Link BE67, Netgear 770, or Asus BT10? Or Asus BE98 Pro?

Asus ZenWiFi BT10 2-node mesh is working great here. I've heard of more problems with Asus GT-BE98 Pro's than we've had with the BT10's, and very fast and reliable. Wireless backhaul uses MLO, and is super fast. With wifi 7 devices, client speed is very much like our ISP supplied speed. Haven't seen

Eero vs Orbi vs ASUS (mesh WiFi 7)— HomeKit experiences?

I have no experience with Eero or Orby, and no experience with the Asus BQ 16 pro (I live in the US so that's the one available here), but I do use an Asus gaming router. The one I use is the GT-AXE16000, why not the GT-BE98 Pro? Because it was almost twice the price and we only have one device, my

803G Question about performance

I’m not sure if anyone here has the same router that I do but another thing I’m trying to deal with and try to fix is I’m having some pretty serious latency spikes on Wi-Fi! Is the route to fixing them pretty universal? Or does it depend on the router? Asus ROG Rapture GT-BE98 Pro here.

ASUS GS-BE 12000- random internet disconnections

The third picture is showing AT&T wifi network. In bridge mode the ISP provided router should only be operating as a modem which shouldnt have wifi. Make sure smart connect is off and mlo is off. The official Asus firmware can be buggy. I recommend using merlin which is much more stable and reliable

My game (BF6) lags randomly even with Ethernet cable and good speed

I do a lot of streaming TV viewing. I’m having a heck of a time with similar issues. My bufferbloat is C as well. Major WiFi loaded latency. I supposedly have a great router that is not supposed to let this happen. I have the Asus ROG Rapture GT-BE98 Pro. I also have 1 gbps fiber.
