I bought 5 Arlo Pro cameras in 2016/17. Still the same batteries. No fees. Flawless execution of Geo Fence mode. Has never failed. Same base station. Notifications happen quickly. I hate Arlo!
Had similar problems. Contacted arlo and got a callback almost immediately. They walked me through some steps and arlo 2 cameras on older hub and arlo pro 6 cameras on new hub are all working now. I didnt go with a subscription and use a USB for local recording of alerts. Everything has been working
