Most of the complaints come from dealing with Arlo over many years. Arlo does some very questionable things like breaking features on older cameras and not bothering to fix it. Had similar problems. Contacted arlo and got a callback almost immediately. They walked me through some steps and arlo 2 cameras on older hub and arlo pro 6 cameras on new hub are all working now. I didnt go with a subscription and use a USB for local recording of alerts. Everything has been working
