The ultra needs a base station. I just replaced my ultras with pro 6 because my Wi-Fi has better coverage than the base station. I’m in too deep with Arlo and if I could I’d go with another brand.

Had similar problems. Contacted arlo and got a callback almost immediately. They walked me through some steps and arlo 2 cameras on older hub and arlo pro 6 cameras on new hub are all working now. I didnt go with a subscription and use a USB for local recording of alerts. Everything has been working

The cameras, I don’t think many will dispute, are great. It’s how Arlo lets you use them after you’ve already paid $300 for a small kit of them that takes most people for a ride. The Arlo Pro 2 was a big player in the start of the disdain. Arlo Pro 2s were beloved by most, and I think got most peopl
