Late to the party but had the same wish. I bought a high end miniLED IPS screen with 1152 local dimming zones. It still can't match the macbook pros screen. Yeah, plus the better PQ the Apple will have, I mean watching video of the Kuycon next to the old 32” Pro Display XDR and the Pro Display clearly has better PQ.
